Some novel concepts here. I can just imagine being on a hiring committee and becoming endeared to a candidate while reading their list of failures! I wouldn't be surprised if others didn't feel the same way though. 😉
Wouldn't bring it to the interview but being aware of those failures would go a long way in providing an intelligent answer to the usual behavioral question: "tell us about a time when... and what you did to...".
Also, yes, a list of failures might be a good indication of a person's persistence, grit, etc. and would offer an opening to have that conversation.
